Mr. Silver has had a long and distinguished career in the investment business and most recently lead the federal government’s $50 billion dollar investment program in alternative energy, financing a wide range of solar, wind, geothermal, biofuels, fossil and nuclear energy projects. In this role, he also worked closely with other federal agencies on multiple energy efficiency initiatives.
