Ammunition Plant Eemax built 81 custom-specified tankless electric water heaters to comply with local, state, and federal requirements. The system delivers tepid water to emergency safety equipment across 7,000 acres. Each unit is capable of withstanding the harsh, corrosive manufacturing environment. The stainless steel, freeze-protected NEMA cabinets, outfitted with siren and flashing beacon, are completely integrated into facility BMS.

DEP Water Treatment Facilities Eemax addressed challenges presented by weather for glycerol pump facilities with 20 108 kW 480 V units across 10 locations to deliver 15 GPM at 140 °F. Units are free-standing with electrical disconnects, GFCIs, and remote displays. Eemax oversaw installation and provided training at all five WWTPs.

First Net-Zero School in Massachusetts, USA Eemax delivered innovative, energy-saving, sustainable hot water with the installation of 163 tankless electric water heaters in a new high performance campus in Cambridge, Mass. The site consists of a middle school and elementary school, district administration offices, a public library, and a public pool. All hot water across entire campus is provided by tankless electric water heating.

ABS Type Approval The American Bureau of Shipping certifies companies that provide services, such as measurements, tests, or maintenance, of safety systems and equipment. Additionally, ABS certifies individual materials, components, products and systems used on the vessels through a technical evaluation and survey of manufacturing compliance.
